DUCS
The reason DUCS was formed was to support YOUR projects, YOUR ideas. If you have a project in mind, no matter how small (or big), contact the core group, giving all relevant details. We'll discuss it, and make sure you receive all the help required to approve your project. Please make sure you've read all the important guidelines at our official site under the join section before you apply.
Look for a project that interests you, and ask the maintainers if they can accept you. Not all projects are looking for new members, and they have every right to refuse you. However, it doesn't hurt to ask, and if you've got skills to contribute, you may stand a chance. Useful if you don't have a project in mind. You can find a list of current projects here.
